Are your products Australian made?

Yes, we established this business during the COVID-19 pandemic.  We started by making our own racks, benches, kettlebells and Olympic plates and the rest is history.  

We make as much of our products locally as possible and our goal is to create a 100% Australian made and owned product range.

As we are a new business, we do not have the capabilities to make all of the products our customers desire local, so we have had to outsource a range of items to keep our customers happy.

What is the ETA of my order?

Estimated delivery times for pre-ordered products are on the product page and our incoming delivery page.  However, these dates cannot be guaranteed due to the effect of COVID-19.

Due to gym closures there has been a steep climb in demand for gym products, which has put a strain on both local and international manufacturing, this adds to manufacturing lead times.  

Once an item is shipped, we are seeing delivery times of approximately 6-8 business days which can vary pending the carrier we use.

What is your manufacturing lead time?

Typically our manufacturing lead time is 15-21 business days to manufacture plus shipping.  However, this can be subject to change due to COVID-19 shut downs, reduced factory hours and third party delays.

Can I pick-up my order?

No - At this stage we are not offering local pick up of goods, however - we do provide FREE SHIPPING!

Where are you based?

We are based in Sydney NSW.  Our office address is 6/48 Anderson rd, Smeaton Grange.

Can you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we offer FREE Shipping nationwide. We use major carriers such as TOLL and Australia post and Direct Freight Express.

Are you delivering to VIC during lock-down?

Yes, our logistics partners are continuing to operate nationwide during the pandemic.

When will you have more equipment?

We are making more equipment locally every week to meet demand, our outsourced products are arriving regularly and many of the items within our containers have already been pre-sold to existing customers.

To secure equipment within our incoming containers or to have our team commence the manufacturing process or your products, you can place a pre-order on our website.

Do you offer partial fulfilment of orders?

Yes, we can partially fulfill your order if you wish as your products are ready.  We prefer to completely fulfill orders however if you would like partial fulfillment while we get the rest of your order ready, please contact the team. Please note if a request is made to partial fulfill there is an added cost to supply the rest of the order.

Is pre-order available?

Yes, click the pre-order button on the items listed on our website. Please note refunds will not be accepted on all pre order purchases for change of mind or delays.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is FREE, Australia wide. $0. Nil. Nada. Yes you read that right!

Why was my barbell delivered separately to my other items?

Barbells are long items with a very different shape to carton, what are sorted by our logistics partners.  Couriers typically deliver these items separately and they can often deliver orders over a few days, so don't be alarmed if you barbell is not delivered at the same time as the rest of your order!

What have you done to improve delivery times?

We have recently moved to large third party logistics facility in a 20,000 sqm warehouse and over 50+ pick packers.  This has given us the ability to improve our delivery times and make use of the manpower and facilities of a larger business while our business grows.

We are currently dealing with a high volume of customer enquiries along with a backlog of orders and we have hired additional staff and implemented systems to help us keep pace with demand.
